Fee Regulation of the Cannabis Social Club Dreiland


This fee regulation governs the financial obligations of the members towards the Cannabis Social Club Dreiland e.V. (hereinafter referred to as "the Association"). It is part of the membership and supplements the statutes of the Association.

§1 General

Every member of the Association is obliged to pay membership fees. These serve to cover the ongoing costs and the realization of the Association's goals.

The amount and due date of the fees are determined by the general meeting and can be adjusted there at any time.

Special contributions and levies can be decided by the general meeting for extraordinary expenses.

§2 Amount of Contributions

Regular contribution: The regular annual fee is xxx euros. For students, trainees, and people with low income, there is a reduced contribution of xx euros per year.

Supporting members: Individuals or institutions that wish to particularly support the goals of the Association can pay higher contributions as supporting members. The minimum contribution for supporting members is xxx euros per year.

One-time admission fee: A one-time admission fee of xx euros is charged for new admissions to the Association.

§3 Payment Modalities

Membership fees are to be paid annually in advance. Payment must be made within the first quarter of the fiscal year.

For entry into the Association during the fiscal year, the contribution is calculated on a pro-rata basis for the remaining months of the year.

Payments can be made by bank transfer or direct debit. The bank details of the Association will be communicated separately to the members.

§4 Reductions and Exemptions

Members who are in financial distress can apply to the board for a reduction or exemption from the contribution obligation. The board will decide on the application based on the evidence presented discreetly.

Reductions are granted for the current fiscal year and must be reapplied for each subsequent year.

§5 Delay

Members who are in arrears with their contribution payments will receive a written reminder. In case of further delay, default interest at the rate of x% above the base interest rate per annum may be charged.

In case of continued payment default, the Association reserves the right to terminate the membership relationship.

§6 Entry into Force

This fee regulation comes into immediate effect and was adopted at the general meeting on xxx.
